Showit is the website platform I use to design and build your site. I love it because it gives me a ton of creative freedom without leaving you with a website that requires coding knowledge to manage.

Once your site is live, you’ll be able to log in and make simple updates to text, photos, and other content yourself. It’s intuitive, flexible, and gives us the freedom to create a website that actually feels like your business rather than forcing everything into a rigid layout.

Yes, there are two ongoing pieces you’ll need to keep your website live: your domain and your Showit subscription.

Your domain is your website address and is typically renewed annually through your domain registrar. Your Showit subscription includes your website hosting and access to the platform. The website-only Showit plan is currently $27/month when paid monthly or $22/month when billed annually. If you need a blog, Showit offers separate blog plans at a higher rate.

You own your domain and your Showit account, so everything stays in your hands after we launch.

You know your business better than anyone, so I’ll need your input, but I’ll make the prep as easy as possible. Once you book, you’ll get access to a project hub that keeps everything organized and shows you exactly what I need from you and when.

You’ll also get my content writing guide with prompts for common website pages and sections, plus a photo and video guide to help you gather the visuals we’ll need. You don’t have to figure out how to prepare for a website project on your own. I’ll guide you through it.

And if writing it yourself still feels like too much, you can add Website Copy Support to your project. I’ll work through the content process from the perspective of your business and create the initial draft for up to five pages. You can then review and refine it during revisions so the final copy sounds like you.

Your active website project takes four weeks from design to launch. Before we begin, you’ll have time to work through your Project Hub and gather your website content, photos, brand elements, and anything else I’ll need to get started.

This prep phase can take anywhere from a few days to a few weeks, depending on where you are in your business and how much you already have ready. There’s no need to rush it! Once everything is gathered, we’ll have a quick prep call, make sure we’re ready to go, and confirm your official Website Start Date.

From there, your one-month website project officially begins!

Once we launch, your website is yours. You’ll have access to your Showit account so you can update text, swap photos, and make simple changes as your business grows.

You’ll also have two weeks of post-launch support from me. During that time, I’m available to help with functionality issues, like a form not working, a button linking incorrectly, or something displaying strangely on a certain screen size.

This support period is for making sure everything we built is working the way it should. It doesn’t include new design changes or additional revisions, since those are completed during the active project.
